This Conference provides critical updates and cutting edge tactics to all clinicians and compliance personnel who care for patients and their families facing serious or life-threatening illnesses.
This JUNE we are presenting "The Least You Need to Know" ™ for your team by providing a multi-disciplinary approach; following your processes from intake/admission, building the Plan of Care, LCDs, IDG and all the way through death or discharge.
Leaders, utilize our 2-day conference to enhance your orientation for your new staff and refresh the basics for your seasoned staff. Each session will be an amazing learning experience for ALL attendees, especially our “Hospice Myth Busting."
In addition, a great supplementary resource to these sessions will be the A Guide for the Prudent Hospice Clinician. This is an excellent tool that reviews how regulations and guidelines apply to your daily care of Hospice patients and families. This guide is sold on our website.
